Alexander Orchestra (file under: Acid Schmaltz) is a blend of strings, piano, bass and percussion. A mix of pop, classical, new age and smooth jazz flavors producing a highly accessible and provocative sound for the active or passive listener. Based in the San Francisco-Bay Area, Alexander Orchestra creates beauty with groove, drama and elegance.

Opus Everlasting is their first CD release on the Hypnopop label. These original recordings feature memorable melodies of the violin and piano with a pop-rock foundation. Uniquely appropriate for film, modern dance or figure skating, this recording can be appreciated by people of all ages.

The music is performed by Alexander Sneicki on violin, Brian Kelly on piano, and Kash Killion on contra bass to name a few. Brian Kelly has played concerts throughout California and his debut CD “Pools of Light” can be found at www.briankelly.com. Kash Killion has performed around the world and his new CD “Lost Legacy of the Cello Kash Killion and Killion's Trillions” can be found at www.kashkillion.com. Alexander Orchestra will also be releasing a two-song promotional pop vocal CD in 2007 in advance of the full-length version in 2008.
